Can we please not get into the fucknuttery that is the discussion about who the CSM does or doesn't represent?
As to the consensuality of a war, so if I don't feel like doing something as boring as fighting a war because it interferes with my corp-wide mining ops, all I have to do is say "no", and I'm undeccable? |

Nope. Ehnea said in his proposal you would still have to pay for saying no and the other party wins. "Thursday"
I didn't notice that, but I guess that'll still just make it so someone makes a living of f.ex sitting on jita undock and wardecing random corps and hoping they'll just deny the wardec. Additionally, it'll just mean that the CEO or whomever will just be sitting with the ISK instead of storing it in the corp wallets, so the hit of being wardeced will be minimal if it's based on the corp's worth.

Absolutely no issue with this from a logical standpoint, but given that I would assume the same would happen when popped in lowsec or nullsec. Any sane insurance company would tell you to get stuffed if you were to take something you insured into a warzone. |

Personally I don't see a problem with there being a tournament-style PVP option for those who want to just log on, PVP a bit, log out. Perhaps with a bit of betting on the side, or even ranks.
Only, please, for the love of god and all that is holy, don't make the tournament channels system-wide, and the default priority window. If I have to see even more WOWesque posts along the route of "DPS MAEL LFSF" or whatever it is they spew forth, I will start cutting myself to take my mind off of the pain. |

Hell, I don't see why this tournament thingy couldn't be something they also integrated into WiS, when they're done with the sucking chest wounds of FiS, so you could have people sitting in stations, just gambling, comparing stats, and just being social. |

Yeah, that's not what he's saying. What he's saying is that EVE isn't designed, at the core, as a game which you'll find is endlessly fun when you play solo, and you shouldn't expect it to be, either. |

The more you post, the more convinced I become that EVE is the wrong game for you for a myriad of reasons, and that you should probably look up other games such as X3. |
